Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your SmartFlow® purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at ben.liu@ahfurnico.com or call 317-802-9363 within 30 days of delivery.

  2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. customers only).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exclusions

  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective.
