SmartFlow Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with SmartFlow® by A.H. Furnico, Inc. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is not available at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • SmartFlow toilets are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.

  • Typical delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery appointments may be required for large items. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule if needed.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard freight shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
